Transcriptomics
We have developed a routine pipeline for cost-effective mRNA-seq on NextSeq2000 (PE 2x50bp reads) for differential gene expression purpose. The downstream, analysis for RNA-seq data using Dragen BioIT server is offered. In addition, we have also developed the SOPs for total RNA sample preparation for metatranscriptomics RNA library preparation for varied sample types. Besides that, we also offer nanopore long read sequencing. Some smaller depth applications can use the cheaper ONT flongle devices. Full length mRNA/cDNA sequencing is offered on out MinION platform.
Genomics
For genomic analysis we offer capture-based sequencing (exome, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, targeted resequencing) and whole genome sequencing (small genomes) using Illumina sequencers. We also offer native DNA modification sequencing through long read nanopore sequencer.
Metagenomics
Metagenomic 16S rRNA profiling is offered using amplicon-sequencing on our short-read Illumina MiSeq and in future there is a possibility to use NextSeq2000 platform. Metagenomics analysis of full-length rRNA operons is performed using long-read nanopore amplicon-sequencing (ONT). We also provide the cost-effective solution for shotgun metagenomic analysis by making use of our NextSeq2000 platform. We have developed the long read shotgun sequencing protocol for the metagenome samples with high and unknown samples diversity.
Single Cell
We implemented a routine single-cell sample preparation and sequencing service for DropSeq, 10x Genomics, and other single cell libraries using our NextSeq2000 platform (shallow-seq and deep sequencing), and also offer data-analysis support using in-house bash scripts or Dragen BioIT server. The long read single cell sequencing methods are currently under development.
